PILOT · 14 DAYS
Try automation on your business for 14 days — before you commit.
Instead of taking our word for it, we set up one lead follow-up workflow on your real business and measure one number before and after. Continue within 30 days and everything you paid is deducted from the setup.
Who it is for
If requests reach you and slip away, this is for you.
- A business receiving daily requests on WhatsApp, Instagram and the website
- A team that can't reply fast enough, or forgets to follow up
- An owner who wants to see the result on their own business before paying for a full system
- Management that wants a clear number instead of “we feel messages get lost”
What is included
What you get in the 14 days.
- A 30-minute kickoff: where requests come from, who replies, and how you follow up
- A “before” measurement of first-response time from your message history, in the first two days
- One workflow: request → lead card → team alert → follow-up reminder
- Connecting the one or two channels we agree on in the call
- Short training for your team: who approves, and how
- Our support throughout the 14 days, fixing anything that breaks
- A one-page final report: the number before, the number after, and the method
Not in the pilot: more than one workflow, website, identity or content design, and the official WhatsApp Business API.
Measurement
One number. The same method before and after.
The average first-response time to a new lead — from the moment a message arrives to your business's first reply. We don't promise you a number before we measure.
Before · days 1–2
From your current message history
A sample from the same channels we will connect, noting how many messages and from what period.
After · last days of the pilot
From the workflow's log
Calculated exactly the same way, so the comparison is fair.
The report
The number as it is
No rounding up, no polishing. If it didn't improve, we write that it didn't and why. We never publish your number or name without your written consent.
The full-deduction rule
Sign within 30 days and the whole pilot fee comes off the setup.
- The 30 days start from the pilot's last day.
- The deduction applies to the setup price only, not the monthly subscription.
- Once, for the same company.
- After 30 days, the service is available at its regular price without the pilot deduction.
- If you don't continue: you keep the final report, and the pilot fee isn't refunded because it pays for work and measurement actually done.

FAQ
What people ask about the pilot.
You use AI — shouldn't it be cheaper? Can I get a discount?
We don't price by the hour; we price by the result you get: faster replies, follow-ups that don't slip, and clear numbers. AI lets us deliver faster and at higher quality — that saves you time, it doesn't make the result worth less. If you want to be sure before paying in full, try it for 14 days on your business, and if you continue, everything you paid is deducted from the setup.
What exactly do you measure during the pilot?
One number: the average first-response time to a new lead, from the moment the message arrives to the first reply. We measure it from your message history in the first two days, measure it the same way in the last days of the pilot, and write the method in the report. If the number doesn't improve, we say so plainly.
When is the pilot fee deducted from the setup?
If you sign the full service within 30 days of the pilot's last day, the full pilot fee is deducted from the setup price. The deduction applies to the setup only, not the monthly subscription, and once per company.
What if I don't continue after the pilot?
You keep the final report with the before and after number — it's yours. The pilot fee isn't refunded because it pays for work and measurement that were actually done, and you have no further commitment.
Will the system message my customers on its own?
No. Our rule: AI suggests, a person on your team approves, the system executes. No message reaches a customer without approval.
