This page explains in plain words what novajo.net keeps about you, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Kept: aggregate counts — how often each page is opened, how often the WhatsApp button is pressed or a live demo is opened — with language, device type and the general source of the visit.
Not kept: no cookies, no IP address, no permanent identifier. To count a repeat visit on the same day we use a one-way code that changes every day and is deleted the next day.
Why: to learn which pages help and which need work.
What happens: your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, United States) to write the reply. We do not store the conversation on our servers.
The exception: if a reply broke our rules, the assistant did not know the answer, or you pressed "Not helpful", we keep a copy with numbers and email addresses removed and without your IP address, to improve the assistant. It is deleted after 60 days.
Abuse protection: we limit messages per visitor using a one-way code of the IP address, deleted within two days.
Please do not type card numbers or passwords in the chat — the assistant never needs them, and our WhatsApp buttons hide long numbers automatically.
Kept: your name (optional), WhatsApp number, the meeting minutes and your answers, your kind of business, and the site language.
Basis: your explicit consent in the form — nothing is sent without it.
Why: so Hamza can contact you personally about your request only — never for anything else, and no marketing messages.
Period: 12 months, then deleted automatically, unless you become a client, in which case our agreement applies. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
A few preferences are stored in your own browser (not cookies, and they never reach us): the kind of business you picked to tailor the page, the assistant chat for the current session only, sound and device-preview preferences, and the site language you chose or that matches your device. You can clear them in your browser settings.
Voice input: when you press the microphone, your browser itself turns your voice into text (for example Google's service in Chrome) under your browser's policy; we only receive the text.
At any time you can ask to know what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with the number or name you used, and we will carry out your request and confirm it.
The site is meant for business owners, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), the data is stored outside the public website folder, the admin pages are password-protected, and we keep as little data as possible for as short a time as needed.
